Q: What is the Women's Best Rewards member club?
A: It is our way of saying “thank you” for being a loyal customer. Earn points (Best Points) and redeem when making purchases, level up to get exclusive perks, or benefit from referring friends.
Q: How to become a Rewards club member?
A: As soon as you sign up with Women's Best, or if you are an existing registered customer, you will automatically receive free membership to our Rewards Club.

Q: What are Best Points?
A: Every time you shop with Women's Best you earn Best Points. These points can either be redeemed as a discount on your next order or can be saved up over time so that your entire order is paid for with Best Points.
Q: How to earn Best Points?
A: It is quite simple! For every $1 spent at Women’s Best (excluding shipping costs) you will earn 100 - 150 Best Points depending on your membership status. In order to collect points, you must be a registered customer and logged in to your account when placing your order. Your points are then automatically calculated according to your order value and member status and will be added to your Best Points balance within your club member account. There are also a bunch of other ways to earn best points. Find out how.
Q: Where can I see my Best Points balance?
A: You can find your Best Point balance in your member area within the „My Rewards Club” -section.
Q: How long are Best Points valid for?
A: Best Points are valid for 1 year (365 days). Any points earned but not used within this timeframe will be removed from your account. Each order has a separate countdown of 365 days.
Q: On which products can I redeem my Best Points?
A: Best Points can be redeemed as a discount on every Women's Best product. They can also be saved up over time so that your entire order is paid for with Best Points.
Q: I have two Women's Best accounts but I only want one?
A: No problem, contact us by clicking here
- Provide both e-mail addresses of the two accounts.
- Let us know which account you would prefer to be your main account.
We can transfer points from one account to the other but we cannot transfer a whole order to another account.

Q: How does this work exactly?
A: Shopping at Walmart is just another way for you to earn Best Points. For every dollar spent on a Women’s Best product at Walmart, you get 200-300 Best Points added to your Rewards Club account depending on your membership tier (Bronze: $1=200 Points, Silver: $1=250 Points, Gold: $1=300 Points)
Q: How do I get my Walmart purchase converted into Best Points?
- Shop your favorite Women’s Best products at Walmart
- Take a picture of your receipt (all of it)
- If you don’t have a Women’s Best account yet, create one
- Go to our contact page, click on the contact us button to open the contact form
- Fill in your details and choose I want to claim my Walmart Points as a contact reason
- Add the picture of your Walmart receipt and hit Send
- Give it a week for our Customer Care Team to add your Best Points to your account
- Once added, you will receive a confirmation email from our team
- To check your Best Points balance, go to your Member Area under Rewards Club/More Details/Your activity

Q: What is a club membership status?
A: As soon as you sign up you will be given the first member status called „bronze“. From there on you can level up - each status has better, more & different benefits. Click here to take a look.
Q: How can I level up?
A: The more you shop within a calendar year, the higher level you will reach. “Bronze” is the first level, “Silver” the second and “Gold” the highest and last level. Take a look at our club membership status overview to find out how much $ spent is needed to reach a certain level.
Q: How long is my membership status valid for?
A: Your membership status will be valid for the calendar year in which you have leveled up plus the following calendar year. (e.g. If you level up to Gold on 1st of May you will own your status for the rest of this year plus the following year)
FAQ - REFER A FRIEND
Q: How can I refer friends?
A: It is quite simple! Sign up / Log In, open the Rewards Club app (badge in the right corner), go to the section called “Refer your friends”, copy the link and send it to your friends. They’ll receive a $5 discount off their first purchase over $50. You’ll earn 10,000 Best Points once they make their purchase! The more friends you refer, the more Best Points you earn.
FAQ - How do I accept a referral
Q: How do I accept a referral?
A: You don't need a Women's Best account in order to accept a referral. Just click on the link you receive from your friend, and you will be redirected to our website. After a few seconds, a window will pop up where you can enter your email address. Once you confirm your email address, a discount code worth $5 will be sent to you via email. Copy the code and paste it into the field "Discount code or gift card" when you place your first order. The discount will then automatically be deducted from your total. Please note that the minimum order value is $50.
